Imagery relaxation focusing on using imagery to control pelvic pain and urgency. This guided imagery track uses progressive relaxation to assist in the relaxation of the bladder. Progressive relaxation has been shown to soften the sympathetic nervous system. This form of relaxation can be used to assist in bringing balance and restoration to our nervous system. Taking a total time of about 30 minutes and using a several deep breathing and imagery techniques this track takes the listener to a place of rest, healing and peace.
