Mindfulness – Pelvic Imagery for Healing uses imagery focusing on warmth and sensation of relaxation in the pelvic region. This track can be used for sleep as well as a guided relaxation exercise throughout the day. Progressive imagery and relaxation help to slowly guide the patient’s awareness internally. This internal focus and awareness is focused on the pelvic region and helps with pelvic pain and urinary incontinence. The use of imagery helps to reduce tension and pain in the pelvis by guiding their focus to the pelvic region and gradually helps them relax through breathing techniques and visualization.
