Guided savasna focusing on scanning the body and deep breathing for relaxation. In this track, you may find yourself sitting or in the supine position. By breathing deeply and performing a guided internal scan of the muscles, the listener is instructed to work through all muscles in their body. The listener is instructed throughout to observe the state of their body and watch their breath as the tension in the body is let go. These observations alone can assist to restore the body from injuries being experiences as well as aiding the integration of the mind and body.
