Our Qi Gong Exercise program focuses on moving the whole body with focus on body and breath awareness. To help patients and practitioners understand these routines we have created short 30-second video clips of each exercise. These clips demonstrate the correct technique for each exercise. This program is broken up into four areas of focus: Breathing, Upper, Lower and Organ exercises. Each program uses different breathing and movement exercises to focus on various parts of the body.
